"Rose is for those hot summer days when just can't get your ass outta the hammock. A bottle of chilled rose will keep you smiling all day long. Frias Family's rose has notes of watermelon and candied fruits with some nice acidity. Frias makes their rose the traditional way by carefully integrating the skins into the process rather than the more common way of blending red juice with white juice. It pays off. Although I like my rose a little drier and austere, this would do the trick in a pinch."
