"Crisp apple and fresh grass. Refreshing acidity."

"I first tired this Savingnon Blanc when I was working at a restaurant in England. We all know now that "New World" wines can be show stoppers, but this was back in '98 and I was shocked how well a NZ winery produced such varietal. Great notes of winter melon and just the right amount of acidity to pair well with lighter fare."
