"Yeah baby, This stuff rocks! I feel like I'm in a smoky little bodega in Andalucia with glass in hand, watching a mysterious and seductive Flaminco dance. Notes of dark cherry and plum. Spicy notes of cedar and black pepper. Well-balanced.

Make sure to take it out of the wine fridge well ahead of time and open it 30 minutes before drinking."

"I've tried every vintage since 2000 and the Termes is one wine that keeps calling me back. Expect tobacco and dark fruit with a dusty mineral backbone. Decant the younger vintages like the 05 for a solid 30 min to an hour."
