"Humans are biologically geared to crave and desire sugar. I'd like to think that we've evolved from simply acquiring calories but this drink suffers from the notion that anything with sugar can't be bad. The mix of passion fruit and elderflower add a sickly sweet flavour that only Willy Wonka would adore. If you want to avoid hangovers, avoid this drink."

"Anything with St. Germain is a win in my books. But that couldn't save this overfruited cocktail which I could easily wash my breakfast down with. If it wasn't a tasting event I'm sure there would have been an umbrella and a wedge of grapefruit garnishing it. I know a bunch of people who might enjoy this cocktail but I'm not one of them. Perhaps adding bitters and removing the simple syrup could resuscitate this tropicana blend. Or perhaps not."

"SUMMER WIND
1 ½ oz Devotion Vodka
¾ oz St Germain Elderflower liqueur
¾ oz passion fruit
¾ oz grapefruit juice
¼ oz simple syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass (7oz).

Garnish: Orange twist."
